Abstract
We show that Minkowskian isorefractive spacetime crystals with a travelling-wave modulation may mimic rigorously the response of moving material systems, for any frequency of operation. We elucidate the application of this property to notably simplify the computation of band diagrams and the characterization of the synthetic Fresnel drag.
