Abstract
The objective of this paper is to study, analyze and evaluate the impact of Evil Waveform (EWF) distortions in GNSS receivers and
assess the performance of a developed mechanism for EWF detection in both static and vehicular environments.
Building on the lessons learned from previous semi-analytical (SA) test campaigns, and with the objective of proving the concept on real receivers, an in-phase and quadrature (IQ) EWF injector was developed to generate signals affected by EWF. The purpose is to perform an analysis of the impact of such distortions on a monitoring station and on-board receiver.
