Abstract
Psychophysiological indicators are increasingly used in non-clinical areas. There is also a proliferation of biosignal acquisition devices. This motivates a need to adapt established clinical procedures for autonomic nervous system evaluation, facilitating the use in scenarios other than a clinical setting. This paper describes a modern implementation of the isometric handgrip test for autonomic cardiovascular reflexes elicitation, including portable hardware and mobile software.
