Abstract
In this paper, we present an Internet of Things (IoT) health care system implementation scheme using orderk Markov chain and ElectroCardioGram (ECG) sensors within the context of e-Health, to reduce the different Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD), to improve quality of cardio patient life, and to enhance medical services. The most important challenges in this implementation of IoT for health care applications is monitoring all patients in real time from various places. Thus, the implementation of patient path estimator and patient table managed within the hospital to facilitate the localisation, treatment, and intervention in right time.
