Abstract
In this paper a two-tone technique is presented to overcome the problems in taking phase measurements of Mixed-Signal components. The advantages of the technique allow its use with actually Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) front-end. Beyond this, some more strengths are presented and explained.
Several tests were preformed in order to prove the ability of the technique in measure accurate results from mixed-domain components.
