Abstract
This paper presents three microstrip antennas,
which were designed specifically for the DTT (Digital Terrestrial
Television) system. The design of the antennas was firstly carried
out analytically, then simulations have been performed using the
student version of the Ansoft Designer software tool. Finally, field
tests have been performed using the implemented antennas in
different locations around Coimbra.
