This paper presents a personal approach in enhancing Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategy in my teaching, and was developed under the Program for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (PETL), and supervised by the members of UNESCO Chair on PBL. This action occurred in ISEL during the Fall semester of 2010/2011.
All my Wireless Communications teaching career has been developed in Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL), in the Electronics and Telecommunications scientific area. I am responsible by the courses of Radio and Mobile Communications, and also supervise final degree projects.
The main goal was to enhance and experience the PBL philosophy in this research and development field. Some results for two ISEL courses are presented, along with some reflections.
