Abstract
While Quality Of Experience (QoE) assessment metrics and methods are nowadays a major research topic, there are many other aspects requiring attention. These panel will concentrate not only on the applications where QoE plays a major role but also on the standardization of metrics and methods as well as on the certification of laboratories and products. These aspects are also important to make QoE more than a buzzword.
