Abstract
The paper presents several aspects of applying QoS
techniques to the multi type of traffic performed by the users in a
ALL-IP LTE network. The presented results are based on a
professional event based simulator, which executes events that
are waiting in a queue. The QoS control performs a major role,
namely on transmission rate determination, service quality and
user perception
