Abstract
The proposed work is a fully-integrated
temperature sensor with low power consumption. The
frequency drift of the oscillator will be compensated by this
designed CMOS temperature sensor. The bandgap reference
circuit was implemented to generated required control voltage
and slope. The work demonstrated required control voltage
and slope can be generated by changing variable resistors. The
deigned CMOS temperature sensor dissipate 302uW while
exhibiting inaccuracy of -0.001 o C and +0.032 o C over a
temperature range between -10 to 90 o C and voltage supply
variations of ±10%. The CMOS temperature sens
