| MAIN OBJECTIVE: | This project will focus on:
- Develop OIM modules to allow the evaluation of multi-channel oriented impairment, OSNR, XPM and linear crosstalk. - Develop OIM modules to assess GVD and PMD. - Study and identify OIC modules to mitigate optical GVD and PMD. - Experimental evaluation of the produced prototypes. -To integrate and test the MOTION system on a test network, where the behavior of a real network can be reproduced. |
