| Acronym: NeuroVision |
| Main Objective: The NeuroVision project goal is to define a lossy coding format to represent visual information captured by event based cameras. Such a format, in addition to providing very high compression efficiency, should offer low latency with low complexity and low power consumption. Furthermore, the format should be designed in such a way that allows image processing tasks to enhance the quality of the captured visual information (e.g., denoising) as well as performing effective computer vision tasks (e.g., object tracking). |
