Main Objective:
The ALBATROZ – Altice Labs Advanced Technology on Radio, Optics and virtualiZation project aims to support the evolution of Altice Labs’ current network solutions in line with advances in telecommunications network technologies (e.g., Very High Speed Passive Optical Network – VHS-PON, Higher Speed PON – HS-PON, Wi-Fi 7, 5G & Beyond). In parallel, it seeks to explore emerging networking paradigms—namely Cloud, Data-Driven approaches, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)—to develop new commercial solutions that enhance competitiveness in existing markets and enable the company to address new market segments, such as private network environments.
