| Main Objective: With edge computing and Edge AI seeing demand from many sectors thanks to modern innovations, Europe has a chance to make an impact and find a better place for itself in the relevant sectors. Currently, Europe is not dominating in the fields of edge computing and distributed AI development and production. In this context, the EU-funded DAIS project will assist Europe in assuming a more impactful role in the future of edge computing and intelligence. Specifically, it will study solutions to current algorithms for AI in edge devices and distribute them, showcasing the power of European values of self-organisation, cooperation, privacy by design and low energy use to acquire a significant role in the AI and IoT sector. |
