One day we will have cell phones that charge batteries as they communicate with Wi-Fi antennas or telecommunications networks. And that day when wireless networks charge batteries may not even be that far away: "Perhaps, I could already reasonably charge the cell phone that we typically have at home with 100 milliWatts", says Nuno Borges Carvalho, our researcher and professor at the University of Aveiro, in "Futuro do Futuro" podcast.
