From March 30 to April 4, the city of Stockholm hosted the 2025 edition of the European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP), the premier event of the European Association on Antennas and Propagation (EurAAP) and a global benchmark in the field of antennas and propagation.

This year, Portugal’s presence was stronger than ever, with an impressive 26 papers presented and 44 Portuguese co-authors taking part in the conference. This outstanding representation underscores the Portuguese research community's depth, excellence, and collaborative spirit.

IT delegation of the Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT) in Antennas and Propagation research cluster stood out with diverse and impactful contributions, ranging from theoretical advances to cutting-edge measurement techniques and applications in emerging technologies.

Portugal's growing influence was further evidenced by IT active roles within the EurAAP Board of Directors, as well as in the EuCAP Organising and Steering Committees. These positions reflect not only Portugal's technical contributions but also its strategic leadership in steering the future of antenna and propagation research across Europe and the globe.

As always, the traditional group photo captured more than just faces, it captured the spirit of unity, dedication, and scientific passion that defines the Portuguese delegation at EuCAP.
