We are pleased to invite contributions to the 9th IEEE Future Networks World Forum - IEEE FNWF 2026, to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 26–28 October 2026.

IEEE FNWF 2026 will bring together researchers, industry experts, standards communities, policymakers, and technology innovators to discuss the future of networking technologies and applications. This year’s edition will focus on the theme: Self-Evolving Networks for the Whole World: Delivering Trustworthy AI-Native, Sustainable Operations, and Post-Quantum Security

 

CALL FOR TECHNICAL TRACK PAPERS

Original, innovative, and high-quality papers are invited in areas including:

• 6G Architecture and Enabling Technologies | Security and Privacy for 5G/6G
• Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) | Future RAN Design
• Deterministic and Ultra-Low-Latency Networking | Connecting the Un/Under-Connected
• Quantum Communications and Networking | Sustainable and Green Networking
• System Optimization and Autonomics | Applications and Economics of Future Networking
• Testbeds, Trials, and Experimental Deployments

 

Important dates:

• Technical paper submission: 20 July 2026
• Technical paper acceptance notification: 11 September 2026
• Camera-ready submission: 30 September 2026
