The IX Seminar in Multi-Gigabit Optical Networks is taking place online on June 3, 2022, from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm.
This Seminar is organized in the scope of two projects, namely "DSP Functions for Simplified Coherent Transceivers in Optical Metropolitan Networks" and " Multicore Fibers Technologies for High-Capacity Optical Networks".
The seminar focuses on next-generation self-coherent optical receivers for short-reach connectivity and multicore fiber-based technologies for very-high throughput optical links.
The last results and current challenging paradigms in both topics will be discussed, with the participation of world–level recognized researchers.
