The Optical Quantum Communications group, from IT Aveiro, is organizing the Quantum Tech Day Workshop. The workshop will deliver the QuantumMining and QuGenome project’s results.
Quantum Tech Day will be held in a hybrid format (in-person and online) on March 30th of 2022, on the amphitheater of Instituto de Telecomunicações, the pole of University of Aveiro (program below).
QuGenome is a research project focused on a secure multiparty computation service supported by quantum technologies to provide secure and fast multiparty private analyses of genome databases to construct Phylogenetic Trees. QuantumMining is a national project which is going to develop a new generation of cryptographic technologies, based on the realization of both high-speed and secure quantum oblivious transfer (QOT) cryptographic primitive.
