The Aveiro Tech City Hackathon is back for its third edition. This competition seeks to develop innovative and disruptive solutions to the challenges presented by tech-based companies within Aveiro's ecosystem.
The challenge will occur from October 1st to 3rd (online) and October 4th (in person), at Fábrica Centro de Ciência Viva de Aveiro. Are predicted four 4 challenges proposed by Altice Labs; BOSCH; SKY Portugal; CMA, Instituto de Telecomnicações, and University of Aveiro, with €5,000 per challenge.
Challenge 1 by Altice Labs:
MEDIA DIVE - New Forms of Interaction on TV with Enriched Content: A Promising Path
Develop new forms of interaction/consumption of enriched content, based on Altice Labs' Media Dive metadata platform, through new consumption models and ideas, new use cases, or even other innovative concepts.
Challenge 2 by Bosch Portugal:
Remote, autonomous and multisectoral confirmation of industrial processes using IOT
Develop an automatic, autonomous, multi-sensory IoT system that reports the cycle time of any industrial process.
Challenge 3 by Sky Portugal
MEMIFIER - Meme Creator
Develop a mobile app for Android or iOS that allows you to generate memes from a video stream.
Challenge 4 by Aveiro Municipality, Instituto de Telecomunicações and University of Aveiro Aveiro CityHack
Develop creative ideas for implementing a service and/or application for Smart Cities, based on the Aveiro Tech City Living Lab platform.
