| Main objective |
This project aims at the preparation of new transition metal complexes with thio-azo ligands and to test their use in the preparation of magnetic heterobimetallic complexes and extended networks and their use in molecular conductors. Development of synthetic routes to prepare new divalent ligands and metal complexes and study of correlation between molecular and crystalline structure with magnetic and electrical properties in this type of solids.
