Silicon Germanium MMICs for RF Front End Transceivers
Acronym SiGeM
Main objective Increase the know how and to create efficient tools for a first run realisation of microwave and millimetre wave up to 30GHz, multifunction MMICs with low cost and CMOS compatible SiGe technologies. We will define the maximum usable frequency for each front-end component for the studied SiGe technologies.
