Design, Implementation and Characterization of Stand-Alone Prototypes for Water Conductivity Assessment
| Acronym |
DICSAP/WCA |
| Main objective |
The target of the present project is to develop, implement and characterize two stand-alone prototypes for conductivity monitoring of water mainly in estuary rivers. As multipoint network is of paramount importance in water quality assessment and the sensor plays a very important role in the measurement system, the goal of this work is focused in low-cost effective solutions instead of commercially available conductivity sensors. One of the prototypes is based on a four-electrode conductivity sensor and the other on an inductive conductivity sensor.
