Abstract

This deliverable D5.3 ”Evaluation of Generic Path architecture and mechanisms” of the workpackage WP5, ”Formux”(FORwarding and MUltipleXing), presents the results of the final evaluation and prototyping activities of the Generic Path (GP) framework concept, from the perspectives of architectural framework, mobility, routing, resource management and the wireless mesh networks use case. In addition to the presentation of the main achievements and practical validation results, the concluding assessment of the GP architecture approach is discussed. The appendices give a detailed description of the developed prototypes and their coding, parts of which will be published under open source licensing conditions.
