COST Action 289 is focused in the area of Spectrum and Power Efficient Broadband Communications. In this platform, leading scientists from the academia and the industry conduct joint research and share their experience in regular meetings. This Workshop, as a continuation of these efforts, will provide the participants with the latest information about technical and system aspects of broadband communications. Tutorial/review lectures will be given by the leading scientists. In a special session, the researchers will present their recent research results. The topics to be covered include various aspects of B3G systems and some important topics relevant to 4G systems.
